Failure is an important part of everybody’s life, it is necessary to face failures.
You may have failed many times. It is not something that you can enjoy, but it is something that helps you to grow in life as a person. It teaches you various life lessons. Without failure, you’ll never have compassion, empathy, and great achievement. You would be less likely to reach your goal.
When we think of failure, it’s usually negative. At first, nobody looks at it through a positive angle. We think that failure is painful and upsetting.
But for those who have experienced true failure, they understand that it is necessary for success. Taking risks and failing in it makes you into what you are. Failure gives you more knowledge about what you want to achieve. People should talk about their failures as they talk about their success. They should accept the fact that failing is Ok. The more you fail, the more you’ll value the success and achievement.
Many famous personalities have failed at first but eventually succeeded.
Amitabh Bachchan, a long and thin man entered the city of dreams to fulfill his ambition. He had to face rejections because of two things: 1) He was 6.3 feet tall. 2) He had no confidence. He was rejected by All India Radio because of his heavy voice.
In 1969, when he decided to give up, he got his first film ‘Saat Hindustani’ for which he won a national award also. But to get another role in the films he had to struggle for 2 long years. Then, he acted in ‘Anand’ and ‘Zanjeer’ which changed his life completely. While he was working through the years, in 1982 he met with a fatal accident on the sets on ‘Coolie’. It was a near-death situation. Doctors and his family lost all hopes. He survived and came back to the industry to become the superstar of the coming years.
Life is never easy. In the 2000s, he had a huge downfall. His movies flopped and he faced a financial crisis during that time. He lost almost everything he had.
After such circumstances, anyone could lose their patience and strength. But he acted strong and started fresh with the tv show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ and the film ‘Mohabbatein’.
Amitabh Bachchan once mentioned- “Bad luck either destroys you or makes you the man or woman you really are“.
During the years he had worked very hard and done some amazing movies like Black, Bhootnath, Paa, 102 Not Out, and many more.
In October 2017, it was announced that he would do a movie with Ayan Mukerji named ‘Brahmastra’. For all his work, he has received many awards and love and respect from not only the Bollywood industry but also from Hollywood and the rest of the world.
His hard work and determination are what has worked for him. Earlier he was rejected because of his height and voice, now these are the things through which he is known. He accepted his failures with positivity and from all his failures he learned new lessons which helped him grow as a person.
We should accept and dwell with failures. We shall learn from our mistakes and move forward to achieve our goal more strongly. Failures help you to groom yourself. We shall learn from him that failure is not the end, rather it’s the start. (F-A-I-L) F- First, A- Attempt, I- In, L- Learning. Every time you fail, you become a stronger and braver person. We should accept the failures just like we accept success. Everyone will be happy for your success, but the people who know your journey will be proud of you.
Accept and learn from your failures. Never repeat your mistakes. Never run away from them. They’ll always help you to be a person you want to be.
